The Maya Civilization which flourished in the area of southern Mexico and through Central America was a civilization of Native Americans with advanced technologies that to this day are very mysterious.
One of the interesting elements of this civilization is the calendar system which differs from ours and is in fact much more accurate.
On this site you will soon find a countdown clock which counts down to the day that the mayan calendar ends which is in December 2012.
Many people say that this is Doomsday, or the end of the world, marking some great event that the Mayans knew about.
Some say the ancient mayan art and pyramids tell the story of communication with extraterrestrial beings…yes, aliens!
Whether or not the Mayans communicated with aliens or not can be debated but one thing is certain. The mysteries of the Mayan civilization will soon be coming… not in 2010, not in 2013 or 2014 but in 2012!
In 2012 we will find out if the predictions and prophecies were true. We will see if the Mayan Calendar Code actually is Armageddon and End Days.
